Project: HENRO

In March 2024, Dutch fine art photographer Bastiaan Woudt cycled the Shikoku Henro, Japan's ancient 1,200 km pilgrimage route along 88 Buddhist temples. HENRO is the result: photographs that carry the quality of memory rather than fact. Limited edition piezography prints on Japanese paper. Book published by 1605 Collective.
